Robin has earned an honours Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario, as well as a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology with Yorkville University in Fredericton, New Brunswick. She has also completed a number of counselling skills workshops.
Robin’s approach to psychotherapy is tailored to the needs of the client. However, she supports the theory of solution-focused interventions, mindfulness-based strategies, and logotherapy techniques.
When Robin is not working she finds balance and satisfaction in her life through close relationships, riding her horse, walking her dog, gardening, cooking, reading good books, and her love for travel and experiencing new cultures.
